2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, decline or cancel any order (in whole or in part), or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are added to your order total. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order (subject to Section 7).

3. Placing and Cancelling Orders

An order confirmation email means we've received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may need to verify information before accepting an order.

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks your order as delivered to the address you provided. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within [7] days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. 6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We aim to show our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and some images may be enlarged to show detail. Jewelry measurements and materials are listed in each product description; please review them before purchasing. Minor variations in finish, stone, or color are normal and are not considered defects.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXE SASSY AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM (I) THESE TERMS, (II) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR (III) ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies posted on the Site, are the entire agreement between you and Luxe Sassy regarding the Site and your purchases.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without restriction.
